Exchanges and Returns

EXCHANGE POLICY:

  1. Exchanges can be made within 5 days from the date of delivery.
  2. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  3. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, we can offer an alternative or provide store credit.
  4. The customer is responsible for the shipping fees associated with the exchange, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

RETURN POLICY:

  1. Returns can be made within 5 days from the date of delivery.
  2. To be eligible for a return, the item must pass a quality check and be in its original condition with all tags attached.
  3. The customer is responsible for the shipping fees associated with the return unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
  4. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit, which can be used for future purchases.

    Please note : Express shipping charges i.e 249 Rs. or COD charges i.e 99 Rs. are not refundable if opted

EXCEPTIONS:

  1. We do not accept exchange or returns on international orders
  2. Sale or Discounted items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned
  3. We do not offer exchange or return on customized products.

PROCESS:

To initiate an exchange or return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at hello@seoraa.com , providing your order details and reason for the exchange or return.
  2. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with instructions for returning the item.
  3. Once the returned item is received and passes the quality check, we will proceed with the exchange or issue store credit within 3-4 working days

 

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse exchanges or returns that do not comply with our policy or show signs of wear or damage.
