Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Seoraa for your fashion needs. We strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please familiarize yourself with our exchange and return policy below.


EXCHANGE POLICY:

  • Exchanges can be made within 5 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • Initiating an Exchange: Please log in to your Seoraa account on our website, select the item(s) to return, and in the notes section, mention what you'd like to exchange it with.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or provide store credit.
  • A reverse shipping fee of INR 149 will apply for exchanges. This will be charged as Cash on Delivery (COD) when we deliver the exchanged product.
  • Seoraa is not responsible for shipping fees unless the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

RETURN POLICY:

  • Returns can be made within 5 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must pass a quality check and be in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • Initiating a Return: Customers must submit a return request through their Seoraa account by selecting the item(s) and the reason for the return.
  • A flat fee of INR 149 will be deducted from the store credit for reverse shipping.
  • Refunds will be issued as store credit, which can be used for future purchases.

Please note: Express shipping charges (INR 249) and COD charges (INR 99) are non-refundable if opted for.


DEFECT AND DAMAGE CLAIMS:

  • If you believe your product is defective or damaged, you can submit a return request through your Seoraa account.
  • Our team will contact you via email and WhatsApp to request pictures and the unboxing video showing the defect or damage.
  • Once all requested materials have been provided, our team will review and, if approved, we will proceed with scheduling the reverse pickup.
  • Claims without proper evidence (pictures and unboxing video) will not be considered.

EXCEPTIONS:

  • No exchange or returns on international orders.
  • Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • No exchange or return on customized products.

PROCESS:

  1. For Returns: Customers must initiate the return through their Seoraa account and select the reason for return.

  2. Once we receive the return request, our team will review it. Upon approval, we will schedule a reverse pickup.

  3. After receiving the returned item and completing a quality check, we will issue store credit.

  4. For Exchanges: Select the item for return in your account and mention the item you'd like to exchange it with in the notes section. Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup and dispatch the exchanged item after receiving the original product.
