Can I wear it in the shower or while swimming? – While it can handle water, prolonged exposure to soaps, shampoos & chlorine may affect its finish over time. Best to remove before long showers or swims!

Will it tarnish? – Nope! Made from high-quality sterling steel, it’s anti-tarnish & designed to last.

How do I clean it? – Just wipe with a soft cloth—no special cleaning needed!

How should I store it? – Keep it in a soft pouch or jewelry box when not in use for extra protection.

Can perfume or lotions affect it? – It’s resistant, but to preserve the shine, apply perfumes first & wear your jewelry after.

No Returns – Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on jewelry.

Exchanges – We allow exchanges only for defective or damaged items. To request an exchange:

1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Share an unboxing video & clear images of the issue.

3. Once approved, we will arrange an exchange for the same product.
