Exchanges and Returns

Thank you for choosing Seoraa for your fashion needs. We strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please familiarize yourself with our updated exchange and return policy below.


EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Exchanges can be made within 5 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with no stains or perfume, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • First exchange is free 💌. For a second exchange on the same order, a ₹199 reverse shipping fee will apply.
  • Initiating an Exchange: Log in to your Seoraa account, select the item(s) you want to return in your orders, and in the notes section mention the product you’d like to exchange it with.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative.
  • Final Sale items are not eligible for exchange. Customers are advised to refer to the Exceptions section below to understand which products are classified as Final Sale.
  • The exchanged item will be shipped only after the original product passes QC inspection at our warehouse. If QC fails, the same product will be shipped back to you and the exchange request will be cancelled.

RETURN POLICY

  • Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Returned items must pass QC and meet the same eligibility standards: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, tags intact, no stains, no perfume marks.
  • Refunds will be issued after deducting a flat ₹200 fee for reverse shipping & processing.
  • Initiating a Return: Submit a return request through your Seoraa account by selecting the item(s) and reason for return.
  • Refunds are issued only after QC approval. If QC fails, the item will be shipped back to the customer without refund.
  • Final Sale items are not eligible for return. Customers are requested to review the Exceptions section for details on non-returnable products.
  • Express shipping (₹249) and COD charges (₹99) are non-refundable if opted for.
  • Store credits issued before this policy update remain non-refundable and can only be redeemed for future purchases.

DEFECT AND DAMAGE CLAIMS

  • For defective/damaged product claims, an unboxing video + pictures are mandatory at the time of opening.
  • Once reviewed and approved, reverse pickup will be scheduled.
  • If no video proof is provided, claims cannot be accepted.

EXCEPTIONS

  • No exchanges/returns on international orders.
  • Sale/discounted items are final sale. Not eligible for return/exchange. 
  • Customized products are not eligible for return/exchange.

 

PROCESS:

For Returns:

  1. Customers must initiate the return through their Seoraa account and select the reason for return.
  2. Once we receive the return request, our team will review it. Upon approval, we will schedule a reverse pickup.
  3. After receiving the returned item and completing a quality check, we will issue refund after deduction of flat Rs. 200

For Exchanges:

  1. Select the item for return in your account and mention the item you'd like to exchange it with in the notes section.
  2. Once we receive the request, our team will review it. Upon approval, we will schedule a reverse pickup and your exchange item will be sent for production.
  3. After receiving the returned item and completing a quality check, we will dispatch your exchange item

Seoraa Luxe Exchange and Return Policies

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • No Returns are accepted for Seoraa Luxe items.

  • First exchange is free; a ₹199 fee applies for a second exchange.

  • ⚠️ Important: Exchanges are dispatched only after the returned product clears QC. If QC fails, the item will be sent back without exchange.
