1. Bust – Around the Fullest Part
Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust.
Make sure the tape is straight and parallel to the floor, not slipping down at the back.
Keep the tape snug but not tight — you should be able to breathe comfortably.
Tip: Wear a non-padded bra while measuring for accuracy.
2. Natural Waist – The Narrowest Point
Your natural waist is the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button.
Do not use your jeans/pant waist size — that’s lower and will give the wrong measurement.
