No Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, jewelry purchases are non-returnable.
Exchanges (Only if Defective/Damaged)
We accept exchanges only in case of a damaged or defective product. To initiate:
1. Reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Share a clear unboxing video and photos of the issue.
3. Once verified, we’ll arrange an exchange for the same product only (if available)
Final Sale
All jewelry items are final sale and cannot be exchanged for different designs or styles.
Note: Exchanges will not be accepted for damage caused due to mishandling, improper storage, or wear & tear.
